Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CECE’S Commercial and Residential Cleaning Services LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our cleaning services, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, as well as specialized cleaning services. Our offerings include general cleaning, interior window cleaning, floor care, dust & cobweb removal, and other specialty services upon request. A detailed list of services is available upon request.
2. Scheduling and Frequency
- Services are provided by appointment.
- Recurring clients must complete all scheduled cleanings within the same month to maintain service standards and avoid additional charges due to buildup.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Payment is due immediately after each service using any of our accepted payment methods (bank transfer, Zelle, credit card, or cash).
- Late payments (beyond 7 days) will incur a 5% late fee.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) are subject to a 75% service fee.
- For holiday services, cancellations are subject to the same 75% fee, and late cancellations may be charged the full service cost.
- If we need to reschedule, we will complete the service within 48 hours of the original date unless agreed otherwise.
5. Access to Property
- Clients must provide property access via key, access code, or be present at the scheduled time.
- If access is not provided, the appointment may be canceled and subject to the cancellation fee.
6. Liability
- We carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation for our staff.
- We are not responsible for damage to unsecured valuables, fragile items, or collectibles.
- High-value or delicate items must be placed securely by the client before service.
7. Supplies and Equipment
- We provide standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Specialty products requested by the client may incur an additional charge.
8. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to hire our staff directly during the service period and for 6 months after termination of services.
9. Construction, Remodeling, and Alterations
- Any construction, remodeling, or property alterations will require an extra cleaning service, quoted and charged separately.
10. Holiday Services
- We are committed to serving clients during holidays. Cancellations during holidays are subject to our standard fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for items not disclosed as fragile or valuable, nor for pre-existing damage in the property.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Entire Agreement
By booking our services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. No verbal agreements shall alter these terms unless confirmed in writing.
